Non-deal roadshows (NDRs) offer a unique way for management to connect with existing and potential investors, while providing a comprehensive presentation of the company’s story that press releases, conference presentations, and other public documents cannot.

Nikita is an entrepreneur and tech enthusiast with a background in chemistry, environmental science, and business from the University of Texas and James Cook University.

Nikita discovered the Crypto and Blockchain space, which piqued her interest. She began investing in crypto and working alongside some of the largest companies in the fintech space, which led her to eventually exit Luna Management and launch her own public relations and marketing agency, Luna PR.

Luna PR is headquartered in Dubai, with a global presence.

Since then, Nikita travels globally to speak at universities and conferences, including Oxford University. Within less than a year, Luna PR went to win the ‘Best PR and Marketing Agency in Emerging Tech’ award from entrepreneur Magazine.

Keith brings over 25 years experience in global markets in the UK, US, Asia and Australia in a variety of senior and executive positions across multiple sectors, namely: Corporate Treasury, Investment Banking, and Asset Management.

Keith has a very loyal clients and has extensive expertise when dealing with Corporations, Institutional Investors, Central Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Hedge Funds, UHNW, Private Equity and VCs.

Keith was a Currency Strategist at Merrill Lynch with a focus on Africa and the Middle East, a Corporate Treasury Manager at BP responsible for all US treasury needs, and a variety of British, Australian, European and US Investment Banks in trading, strategy, and risk management.

Holds a BSc in International Business and Economics, the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) from IMRO which is now, the FSA.
